Electroless Nickel PTFE Co-deposit Plating
This plating is a composite PTFE, high phosphorous electroless nickel
process designed to deposit a uniform, nickel-phosphorous composite
alloy with ultra-fine PTFE particles.

The En PTFE plating has excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding
lubricity and release properties, which can increase mold life and improve
release. This coating is excellent for providing very low friction values,
especially in applications where sliding wear is present.

• Uniform composite of PTFE in EN
• Phosphorus Content 10-13%
• Low coefficient of friction deposit
• A self lubricating coating
• Excellent release properties
• High corrosion resistance
